We are unable to send out VM to Emails because the phone system does not see the SMTP server. The settings look fine in the phone system, so has something changed with the SMTP info?

Can you post the settings so I can review them to be sure they are correct? You can send the settings in an email to [email protected] and I'd be happy to review them. We don't actively monitor that email account so please post a comment here so I know to review the settings.
