We sometimes send out emails and with BCC or CC we exceed the 250 emails per hour. Is there a plan to allow us to send out more than 250 per hour?

You can request an extension via support request, but we recommend staggering mass email output using a program like phpList (which can be installed for free on our servers) or a third-party solution like MailChimp.
