Confirmation e-mail received, but can't access anything because account hasn't been confirmed.
I can't access anything, like setting up an e-mail, because my account is still pending. This is confusing as I've received and e-mail which states that my account has already been confirmed. What should I do?
I do apologize, there was one final setting we had to set for the account to be active. That is now complete and I have confirmed the account is now ready for you to log in and use.
