website kenshan doesn't show up

14 other sites are within the public_html folder. I was told that kenshan.com cannot reside there.

kenshan is correctly pointing to IMH so it should show up. I'm thinking that it should have been within the public folder.

Hi shanshan, Is kenshan.com the main domain name on an account, or is it an addon domain? If it is the main domain Your main domain should have all of its files uploaded directly to your public_html folder. If it is an addon domain If it is an addon domain, you need to find the document root for this domain, and then upload the files there. If you are logged into your cPanel, click the Addon Domains icon. Next to your domain name find the value of Document Root, this is the folder where you will need to upload the files to.
