Hello Cyberhippiechick, One of the things that the Account Management Panel (AMP) can do is reset the Cpanel password. Please go to the following article for more info: Resetting the Cpanel password with Account Management Panel If you're still unable to reset the password, it would quicker to get it reset by simply calling in to live technical support - which is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
