plugin editor blocked

It seems I am unable to access the plugin editor function on my sites hosted with you. I receive a 406 error message suggesting the likely cause to be webpage blocked by mod security - check with the website owner - which is me...

I use WP 3.5. I've disabled all plugins and still receive the error messages.

Has anything changed from a host perspective that i need to modify any of my settings or way of doing things?

Hello Jimii,

You can disable Mod security by simply going to the Cpanel, and clicking on the MODSEC Manager to turn it off for any specific site your hosting on that account. Try turning it off for the website where you're having the issue, then see if you still have the problem after clearing your browser cache.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
