configure mobile phone for email

I'm trying to set email up on my mobile phone. Phone just keeps saying set up was unsuccessful. I've tried using both mail.mydomain.com and securexx.inmotionhosting.com as the incoming and outgoing servers.

Is there something else I need to do?

Hello Linda, Thank you for your question. Make sure you are replacing mydomain.com with your specific domain. For the SSL connection, it should be: securexx.inmotionhosting.com Be sure to replace the xx with your actual server number. Here is a link to a helpful guide on how to determine your server number.
