ownCloud PHP error
I am currently attempting to install OwnCloud through Cpanel and it is not allowing me because of an error.
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function stream_resolve_include_path() in /home/digit125/public_html/fileman/lib/base.php on line 99"
From the research I have done I know that stream_resolve_include_path() is not a valid function until php 5.3. When will there be an upgrade?

You can change the PHP version in your cpanel. Your server currently has 5.3.21. Please see the following link on this.
