Why does the Inmotion Hosting favicon appear when I'm updating my WordPress websites?

I can't help but notice how the Inmotion Hosting favicon appears when accessing the backend of my WordPress sites to make edits. Yet the live site shows the preferred favicon. This never appeared my first few months using the service until I started experiencing issues with my server such as certain server caching related issues. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello Info,

Sorry about the your favicon not displaying when using the WordPress Administrator.  You can fix this with a bit of code to add to your theme files.  Try the code (and instructions) in this article to use a different favicon for your Wordpress Admin.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
