500 Firewall Error

Hi there. We're getting a 500 Firewall Error when we send emails to an email account we set up and checked via RoundCube. Thank you for your question Collaborans!

It appears your local Firewall is preventing your from emailing out from your location. Try changing locations and sending the email. You may have a restriction on the network your on. This is common with College, Government, and other networks.
