Cpanel backup doesn't seem to be working.

I've been trying to make a backup through the cpanel, but it just hangs at the "Full backup in progress" screen. No matter how long I leave it open, a backup doesn't seem to be created. Suggestions?

Thank you for you question jngarff! It appears you are exceeding the backup 3 gig limit. The backups will fail after 3 gigs. We suggest downloading your files to your local computer with FTP to maintain a full backup and export your databases with PhpMyAdmin. Best Regards, James R
