Please instruct as to how to Transfer a Web Page Designed on Sandvox to your Website/Host

No reply in 60 minutes to my last post. Perhaps this is more specific. When I try to load the Web Page that I designed on Sandvox via FTP it states that the host URL is incorrect. Is there a specific way to transfer these webpages? Thanks
