setting up Prestashop website. and having problems with my shipping, USPS

i am building a website thru prestashop. trying to set up my shipping, I got USPS turned into production status. But not working. I was on chat w in motion last night and they couldn't find my prestashop folder in my file manager to delete the word "test" that i need to. they told me to ask this question here.

Hello Brittpowell, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the USPS module. As per one of the forum posts, the user interface for the USPS module setup is terrible. I've been scanning their documentation and it appears that you should be making that change in your web browser. You are sending that URL as per the documentation. You will need to review the setup documentation Web Tool APIs. I hope that helps to clarify the issue.
