I sent some test emails to one of my emails and they have not forwarded. How can I control when they forward? can i have them always forward as soon as they arrive?

Thanks for the question! Email delivery for a forwarded message is the same as delivery of a normal email message in that it attempts to deliver the message and will keep trying until the message is delivered or it fails. A forwarded email is not sent multiple times, but it is normally forwarded as soon as it is received. You can not control when an email is forwarded.
Processing time on the server can vary depending on the load being experienced by that server. Make sure to check out the TRACE option in the cPanel Forwarder interface. If you're seeing excessive wait times, you can check on the status of your server here: status.inmotionhosting.com. This will tell you if there something going on with the servers. You can also run a Ping/traceroute diagnostic test to help determine if your server is continually acting slow.
