cant upload logo on PWS

I created a logo in PPT and saved it as a JPEG file, It was too large to upload so I converted it to a smaller appropriate size indicated in premium website builder with microsoft image viewer but i still cant get the image to load. Any suggestions?

Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the logo. Unfortunately, since you entered this question anonymously, we can't check to see why you are unable to load the logo. Our procedure for uploading a logo can be found here if you want to double-check how you're doing it. Otherwise, the best approach may simply be to contact the live technical support team because they can access the Builder server to correct issues as needed. You should also double-check to make sure that the image you converted is saved with the appropriate extension (e.g. .jpg ) so that the file can be recognized. If you saved it without the extension then it may not be able to recognize the file and then upload it. I hope this helps to clarify the issue!
