How long for static IP on Shared Account?
How long does it take to get a static IP? I put in my order on 11/20/2013 and it is now 12/13/2013 and the static IP is still not tied to my account. My CPanel shows the shared IP address. Getting a bit frustrated and may move everything out if this is not resolved.

The typical turnaround time for Dedicated IP request is 24 hours.
I contacted Live Support and they were able to assign it to your account.
