How to Enable SSH Access

Dear Support,
I wanted to access my server via SSH, Can you please grant me to SSH access. Server IP is 74.124.214.116.

Hello Omantha, SSH access is only available on VPS and dedicated servers in which if you are on either a VPS or dedicated server, you may request root access through AMP for our systems team to review, or log in via SSH as your cPanel user directly. If you are not on a VPS or dedicated server, you may also upgrade from shared hosting to a VPS or dedicated through AMP as well. Best regards, Jeff Matson
