don't find export/import tool in our system menu bar

i download your UPLOAD file, and replace the 3 files/folder, but cannot get the tool(import/export) in our system menu bar..?

If you followed along with our installing the bulk import / export extension for OpenCart guide, did you happen to miss the step about being sure to install vQmod for OpenCart first? If you already did that, and you're still having issues, please let us know what version of OpenCart you're running, and which version of the Import / Export extension you downloaded. - Jacob
