I am getting a redirect loop error

please explain why I get redirect loop errors on all browsers I have tested with even after clearing cache. I get this on my moodle site when I log out and back in

Redirect loop errors can be caused by a number or reasons within your code. Unfortunately, I do not see that you left the URL to your Moodle site, so I am unable to locate the speicfic cause for it. I recommend looking through your code, particularly your .htaccess file for more information on what could be causing the issue.
