I want a Table of Contents for Every New Page

Hi,
I want that i can make table of contents to be common for every new page if user wants to create,
He just need to insert data into given header of table of content, as syntax bold, italic, underline is needed which is quite difficult for new person to create new page in a better way. can i get the solution for it?

Hello, and thanks for your question about making a Table of Contents for Every New Page. Are you simply hand coding your website, or using a certain content management system to run your website? For instance if you were running WordPress, it looks like you could use something like the WordPress Table of Contents Plus plugin in order to add some table of contents functionality to your website.
