I'd like to remove a subdomain created when I added an Addon Domain

When I added an Addon Domain, a subdomain was also auto-created as a subdomain of my main domain name. Since I don't use the subdomain, is it safe to remove it? (Out of curiosity, why are subdomains created when adding and Addon Domain?)

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Addon domains automatically create subdomains as part of their process. These cannot be removed as they are needed by cPanel for internal configurations.
