Updated Prestashop an now it doesn't work

Updated Pretashop and now it will not let me into the back shop or admin area. Says I need to delete the install folder. How and where do I do this?

To do so, log into cPanel and access the File Manager. Inside your public_html directory, you will see a folder labelled install. Simply delete this folder and you will be able to get back in.
