how to migrate a website

I currently host with cloudaccess.net and happened to run across your hosting site. I am definitely interested in you guys, but have no idea how to move my site. will you be able to help with this process if i make the move. cloudaccess has great customer support, but the costs are expensive there when you have several sites. will i get the same customer support here, with totally responsive and helpful answers.
