Why Is My Account Not Activated Yet?

hi guys, i bought last friday the power plan , also its been charged in my credit card and my account is still not activated. I need to start working on my proyect so please activated as soon as posible!

Hello andresrovira, I'm sorry to see you're having issues with activating your account. I am unable to locate your account with the information given in the post. The email address used does not line up with any account in the database so I cannot see what was done so far. You can, however, contact our OnBoarding team at +1-757-416-6575 extension 1.
