sender receiving 550 mailbox unavailable or not local Parked domain

I am testing my a new email account I created for a parked domain. The sender is receiving a 550 mailbox unavailable or not local. Any clue to why i am receiving this error?
Main domain email account can send and receive emails with no problem

How long ago did you add the domain and point the nameservers? It can take up to 24 hours for domains to propagate so it may not be arriving to the server correctly.
