I have a samsung galaxy s5.

I have tried following your guidelines for pop3, but if i put in the details as you suggest for incoming server as: mail@si-uae.com it shows authentication failure.... if I replace mail (as it comes as a pre config) with pop3@si-uae.com it shows unable to connect to email server to verify account

Please advise

Also, after weeks of struggling, I discovered the Galaxy S5 ignores your email and uses the Username field for the email address on an advanced tab. If you open the advance tabs, you see that. Best bet: use your email in the first username field, then, once it authenticates you, you can change the display name.

You will want to use mail.si-uae.com and not mail@si-uae.com. Once you resolve that issue, everything should work fine.
