Long wait for my account, need to activate it

I paid for 3 months worth of hosting on Jul 2nd. It is now Jul 16th and I have not received an email with my account details. That's ~16% of the hosting time I paid for.

Whenever you are available to confirm your account with us, please give us a call at 888-321-4678 and select the Confirmations department.
