Premium Web Builder - Step 4 edit does not load

I am trying to edit an existing website. Premium web builder is what I used to originally set up the web site. When I go back to edit the site, everything seems to work until I get to step 4 -edit. The web page does not load, and no editing features at the top toolbar load. I just get some unknown words in the upper left corner.

Any ideas on how to make this work?

Hello, I am not seeing this behavior in the builder. It may be specific to your account or the page you are trying to edit. You will want to contact our Live Support team for individual assistance with this so they can get your builder account fixed. Kindest Regards, Scott M
