I have come across another SQL issue. Do you have any idea why this keeps popping up almost every second and I just have to refresh the page a dozen times.

Connection refused [2002]

Are you connecting using localhost as the MySQL server or are you trying to connect from another location? If you are connecting from a remote location, you will need to add the IP to the remote MySQL allowed connections list.
