I think the Mod_rewrite is not enable

Hi,

I enable "Use URL rewriting" on Joomla, but that doesn't work (I change the htaccess.txt to .htaccess), but in CPANEL I check the PHP Configuration and I don't see the mod_rewrite. How I can enable that apache module?

Hello Leonel, Thanks for the question! The quick answer is that we do have mod_rewrite loaded and enabled on our servers. In order to use it in your .htaccess file, you should have ReWriteEngine On above your statement. If you're still having problems with it, please provide us an explanation and example of what you're trying to do with the re-write, then we can investigate it further. Regards, Arnel C.
