connection with mysql database

I have tried connecting to mysql database and i have created a database and a user to access the database and granted it all the privileges but still i am getting the following error "Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'ishaar5_chatar'@'biz152.inmotionhosting.com' (using password: YES) in /home/ishaar5/public_html/chatarpatar/test.php on line 3"

Hello, Sorry for the problems with connecting to the database. Make sure to review our article on MySQL connections. Also, if you are trying to make an outside connection to the database, you will have needed to have a remote MySQL connection .
