My iPhone 5C mail is not downloading.

Mail downloads ok to PC and iPad but not to phone, Says it updated yesterday (got today's via PC and iPad). Can send ok from phone. Have deleted account and reinstalled but no luck. Any help please, thank you.

Hello, Thanks for the question and sorry for the problem with getting your email loaded. In general, it's the same as the iPad (since it's also using the iOS). The PC would be different. We don't have an iPhone 5 specific email setup article, but we do have one for iPhone 6 email. It should be similar, if not identical. If you are setting your email to use the IMAP protocol, email is NOT downloaded onto the phone, it's kept on the server. If you find that it's not working, it's generally associated with setting problems.
