How Can I Upgrade phpMyAdmin?

In phpMyAdmin I get the following message:


"A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and you should consider upgrading. The newest version is x.x.x, released on xxxx-xx-xx."


I have a Shared Hosting Plan.


How do I upgrade phpMyAdmin?

Hello atzorio, The phpMyAdmin that is available via the cPanel is at the server level and is not available to upgrade on an account basis. However, you can install your own copy onto your hosting account. From there you can stay up to date with the most recent copy if you wish. Kindest Regards, Scott M
