Installing DBD::Pg Perl module fails
I am trying to install the DBD::Pg perl module to grant perl programs access to a PostgreSQL database on the same server. The install fails during the configuration portion of the install. The relevant bit is at the end, of course:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Perl module. Speaking with the Systems team, they say that is not a module that can be installed on our shared servers.
