Hello there Inmotionghosting im ur client with email afrimkolgeci@gmail.com (gazetat.info) so please i want to ask you i'm hosting a website lapsinews.com on my account but the website it's getting to many traffic so please tell me what to do and please let me know which one do i need to chose to work for me faster so i can do i more faster and if it's possible let me know how many visits i can get maximum day/week/month

It's difficult to tell you limits based on visits as not all visits are the same - some may use a lot resources, while others barely use any. You can also try using a third party tool like GTMetrix.
