We can not visit our website without errors

when we can not visit our website and display as follow :
PHP script /home/produc81/public_html/plugins/cb_mobile/cb_mobile_inc.php is protected by phpSHIELD and requires the phpSHIELD loader ixed.5.3.lin. The phpSHIELD loader has not been installed, or is not installed correctly. Please find the required loader within phpSHIELD installation directory or visit the phpSHIELD php encoder site to download it.

Hello,

phpShield is a premium php encoder. This is not something that is installed on our shared servers. If you need or want to use phpShield on your site you would need to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server plan.
