Allowing shoppers to actual buy

How can I get my products to actually be able to be bought? My products come up, but when you click on them, it just showcase them, you cant actually add them to your cart and buy them. What needs to be done still?

What 3rd party plugin/addon are you using to add ecommerce functionality to your WordPress site? For example, are you using WooCommerce?
