need to create DNS SRV records

We are transitioning our email to Office365. In order to complete that, we need to either move our name servers to another host (which you don't seem to allow) or create specific DNS records here. Specifically, we need to create some SRV records but your DNS manager does not appear to support that. I see references to SRV record creation in your knowledge base but have been unable to enable that capability in my cPanel.

Please advise on how we can enable the creating on SRV records.

Hello, Thank you for your question on SRV records. You are correct, the Advanced DNS Zone Editor does not allow for SRV records to be input. To get them inserted, simply contact our Live Support via email along with the correct record information and account verification (either current AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file).
