I'm trying to access to my account via SSh but i get this error:
Shell access is not enabled on your account!

I've generated the ssh key and i'm connecting from linux:
ssh [email protected] -p 2222

I currently have the Web Hosting - Power Plan
Please enable shell access on my account

Hello oterox, Sorry to hear you are having issues with SSH access. Did you follow all the instructions in our article on ssh access for shared servers? If so, and you are still having issues, then it may be account specific. Unfortunately we will not be able to assist in the public area due to the necessity of passing account information back and forth.
