free adwords coupon issue

I got my 100$ goggle adword voucher code and I inputted it in my Google Adwords account and it gives me an error message saying that the country of the coupon is not þe same with the country of the account, but its wrong.

Hello Giorgos@crazysoft, Sorry that you're having problems with the Google Adwords voucher code. Unfortunately, that code can only be used in the United States. These codes are from Google.
