Cron setup for suteCRM and SugarCRM

I try deferment ways to configure the cron job in the Cpanel for sugarCRM and SuiteCRM but no success. I add "* * * * * cd /home/holail5/public_html/crm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1 " in the cron job, but no result. please support.
